Drilling rig 1
Hands England/MK top drive rotary rig. Capacity 4" - 18" diameter to a maximum depth of 500 ft. This medium sized truck mounted rig has been specially constructed for drilling large diameter wells in sand and gravel using mud flush techniques or rotary down hole hammer (DTH) drilling with air flush
Drilling rig 2
New for 2008, Berreta top drive rotary rig. Capacity 4" - 13" diameter to a maximum depth of 1000 ft. This rig was specially built for us by Berreta to meet our growing needs for a very powerful rig in a compact footprint. It is designed to drill larger diameter water wells to greater depths and with its variable speed drive head it can work effectively in difficult formations. Being track mounted this rig is able to access difficult and restricted terrain. The rig is also equipped with 30 ton jacks essential for removing surface casings
Both rigs are equipped with the "Ro-Bit" progressing casing system for simultaneous drilling and lining of boreholes in difficult formations such as sand and gravel.

Flushing Systems
- Ingersoll Rand 750 cfm/200 psi compressor for air flush drilling mounted on a modified 9.65 tonne AWD 4 wheel drive truck providing road deployment coupled with off road capability in a compact 6 mtr unit.
- Sullair 900 cfm/350 psi site towable compressor, for air flush drilling. A very large high pressure compressor used when drilling larger diameter or very deep boreholes.
- 500 psi Modified Stable Foam Converter, creates a continuous supply of pre-generated "dry" foam which is pumped directly to the drill bit to flush larger diameter and extremely deep boreholes or when difficult formations and voids are encountered.
- 350 gallon/minute mud pump and cleaning unit for flushing with polymer and bentonite drillers mud. This system is used for drilling in loose or unstable deposits such as sand and gravel and for flushing extremely deep boreholes that cannot easily be drilled with air blast flushing.

Grouting Equipment
Well Grouting Unit. 2 x 200 ltr mixers, 400 psi grout pump, 2 x 100 psi grout pumps, 1 x reader hand grout pump. 200 mtrs of steel high pressure tremmie injection pipe, for OPC/Bentonite grouting of boreholes and well casings.

Safety and Certification
Drilling rigs are regularly inspected and have current plant inspection certificates, and are compliant with Health and Safety requirements.
Lorry mounted units are road going for fast deployment to anywhere in the UK or can be delivered by low loader. Other plant will be delivered by low loader or trailer.

An extensively equipped civil engineering unit to install associated pipes, cables and equipment to complete the borehole installation.
